Pranav Shastry has over 10 years in Business Development experience in accounting and money services industries and will assist the team in lead generation and growing Chartwell’s sales pipeline, establishing relationships with existing clients and identifying untapped sales opportunities.

Prior to joining Chartwell, Pranav worked at Private Accounting & Finance Firm as well as at U.A.E. Exchange, where he gained experience cross-selling products like; Donor Advisory Funds, ILIT Trust, 831(B) Small Captives and Solar Equity Investments, performing B2B Sales, undertaking client retention, and managing different sales pipelines. His primary responsibilities included lead generation and pipeline development, negotiation, sales tracking, and forecasting, as well as related process improvement and new product introductions and education for clients and other sales staff.

Pranav likes to spend his free time being active, enjoying the California sun, spending time with his dog, and watching sports. He is an avid NBA & NFL fan and Chicago based sports teams are by far his favorite – his greatest hope is the Chicago Bears winning a Super Bowl in his lifetime.
